Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times:
- Romania: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package online.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
